  • Workplace learning and development planning, evaluation and reporting
  • Plan, conduct and report on learning and development needs analysis
  • Conduct skills development facilitation (SDF) processes as required for mandatory grant payments

Minimum entry requirements:

 NQF Level 4 with Communication

Who Should Attend:

  • Lecturers, teachers and facilitators that are currently facilitating.
  • Any person with the intention of becoming a certified assessment practitioner/assessor/facilitator.
  • Education & Training Practitioners.

Learning Approach:

Our workshops and in-house courses run over three to five days. Portfolios and final assessment are completed on the last day of the power workshop.
